- Any height of racking can be used, as long as it can be adjusted to fit the length of the longest bike being stored. We recommend a height of 2,500mm 100" to allow for most bike lengths
- Ensure you have sufficient height to hang your bikes with the wheels off the floor. The rail and trolley require 205mm / 8.1" of height allowance from the tope of the rail to the inside of the bike's wheel rim where it touches the hook
- The adjustable rubber pressure pad can be positioned 10mm / 0.4" to 60mm / 2.4" from the top surfaces of the beam
- We recommend using two beams at the top and one at the back unless access from the rear is required

All products are shipped from the UK and are exported with 0% VAT. Your delivery will be through DAP (Delivery at Place) trade terms. This means the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and handling charges on the imports to their country and are not included in the price you pay. The taxes and duties will be collected by FedEx, not by Stashed Products.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from FedEx with a payment link for any taxes or duties payable so your order clears customs. Please ensure payment is made as soon as possible, otherwise delays could occur with your delivery.
If you do not make payment to FedEx, then your order will be returned to Stashed Products. We will issue a refund for your order minus shipping cost, return shipping cost and an administrative fee.

Q: What type of pallet racking is Rack Mount designed for?
A: Rack Mount is adjustable and is designed to work with most types of pallet racking. We do not recommend using Rack Mount with Z-type or L type beams. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their pallet racking system is capable of holding the weight of SpaceRail.
Q: Can I hang a Fat Bike?
A: Our standard hooks are suitable for tyres up to 3". For larger tyres, we recommend using our Fat Tyre Adapter
Q: What tools do I need? Are they included?
A: As part of our environmental commitment, we don’t include low quality, single use tools. You can find a list of the simple tools required in our instruction manuals.

Note: When 4 or 8 bikes are to be stored on 1 and 2 rail systems respectively, a SpaceRail Extension Kit may be required to allow enough space for full bike movement and access. For example, 4 road bikes would be acceptable on a single SpaceRail Kit, whereas 4 mountain bikes with wide handle bars could compromise access and may require an extension kit.
