General

All orders are dispatched from the Stashed UK factory. If your order is in stock, then it will generally be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If your order is out of stock it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of it returning into stock. The predicted date for re-stock will be shown on our website, this is only an estimate and is subject to factors outside of our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

Your product will be shipped mainly in packaging that can recycled or disposed of in household waste. Please do your part and ensure the packaging is recycled responsibly where possible.

We have partnered with FedEx for all deliveries. On some occasions DHL is used as courier. Tracking information will be provided with the shipping confirmation email.

Most deliveries require a signature on delivery, so we highly recommend selecting a delivery address where the item can be received in person.

Collection can be arranged from our address below. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs already paid if you then decide to collect your products:

UK

UK Shipping

We provide free shipping in the United Kingdom for all orders above £50. If you are eligible for free shipping this will automatically be shown at checkout.

If you are not eligible for free UK shipping, then we charge a flat rate of £4.99.

Free UK shipping takes 3-5 days for delivery. We offer express UK shipping at a flat rate of £9.99 via Fedex Priority Express which typically arrives within 1-3 days. Please consider which days couriers do not work and public holidays as this will affect your delivery timescales.

Please ensure you enter a mobile phone number and email at checkout to receive shipping notifications and options for managing and scheduling your delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email where there will be a link to track your shipment.

Orders to the UK include VAT within the price shown. A VAT invoice can be supplied by emailing your order number to sales@stashedproducts.co.uk 

International Shipping (outside the UK)

We have partnered with Fedex to make the worldwide shipping and import process very simple for the customer. Currently we have a 100% success rate with on time worldwide delivery and seamless customs clearance, so we are confident you will have a simple and easy purchase experience. Simply add your selections to your Cart and go to checkout to see live shipping costs to your location.

All products are shipped from the UK and are exported with 0% VAT. Your delivery will be through DAP (Delivery at Place) trade terms. This means the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and handling charges on the imports to their country and are not included in the price you pay. The taxes and duties will be collected by Fedex, not by Stashed Products. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Fedex with a payment link for any taxes or duties payable so your order clears customs in advance of it arriving. Please ensure payment is made as soon as possible, otherwise delays could occur with your delivery.

If you do not make payment to Fedex, then your order will be returned to Stashed Products. We will issue a refund for your order minus shipping cost, return shipping cost and an administrative fee.

Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout by FedEx based on the address given.

FedEx Priority shipping is default for all USA and Canada deliveries. A rough timescale of 2-3 days transit to all of USA and Canada is advised by FedEx but this may vary depending on location. Tracking information is provided.

EU and Europe

Free economy shipping is available to the following EU and European countries for orders above €350 and generally takes 3-5 working days for transit:

Where free EU shipping is selected, the customer is still liable for any VAT and duty due on import in to their country of delivery.

If you are a business, please check before ordering if you require an EORI number for import to the EU. If you do require this number please provide this to us at the time of ordering or once you have placed your order.

Rest of World

Stashed delivers globally using FedEx. For all countries not already mentioned above, FedEx Express shipping is default for all worldwide deliveries.
